CDS Program

Bluff Home Care’s Medicaid Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program allows individuals with disabilities to receive personalized, non-medical support while living independently. Through CDS, eligible clients can choose a trusted caregiver—often a family member or friend—to assist with daily activities such as bathing, meal preparation, transportation, and household tasks. Our program supports client independence by giving them control over their care and caregiver choice, ensuring comfort and flexibility in meeting their unique needs.
